We at LFNT. Live (Elephant Live FZ-LLC) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our Website (www.lfnt.live) and informs you about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal information we receive from you when using the website. It also describes your choice regarding use, access and collection of your personal information. By registering for booking our services you accept this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will inform you about any major changes we implement to this Privacy Policy by sending you an email notification. However, we encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy. 1. Who we are and what we do

This Privacy Policy covers LFNT.Live (Elephant Live FZ-LLC) and its subsidiaries (collectively, "LFNT. Live", "we", "us" or "our"). We are an interactive video marketing company specialized in live video broadcasting and web tv shows. Elephant Live FZ-LLC is a free zone entity registered in Dubai under Creative Clusters Authority, with limited liability.

2. Data We Collect About You

We collect information about you when you sign up as client on the Website or when you use our Online Booking Service. Collected data is related to your personal information such as name, email, phone number or company details, as well as non-personal information such as IP address or the search query you entered before reaching us. This collected data is stored on our service provider's servers (Wix.com). We may track your website activities using cookies or similar technologies. By using our Website, you agree to our use of these methods as set forth in our Cookie Policy.

2.1.Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information of persons who are under the minimum required legal age of 21 years old.

2.2.Account Information

To create a client account on our Website, you must provide a valid email address and a password. If you choose to sign-up and authenticate using a third-party account, such as Facebook or Google, you authorize us to obtain account information from the third-party platform.

2.3.Financial Information

To book our services, you might need to provide a valid payment method such as credit card, debit card, PayPal account or electronic wallet. Your payment information will be collected and processed by our authorized payment vendors. We do not directly collect or store debit or credit card information ourselves in the ordinary course of processing online transactions. If we allow manual payment methods such as cash or bank transfers, we will collect corporate banking information such as entity name, entity bank account, branch name, account number, IBAN number and swift code. This data will be stored in our database and will be used to process financial transactions between us and your entity.

2.4.Other information you might submit

You might submit data to us for limited purposes such as requesting support, answering a questionnaire, participating in a study, or signing up to receive communication from us.

We may disclose the information we collect from you in response to official requests such as court orders, subpoenas or national security requests that we receive from government authorities or parties to legal proceedings. All the requests will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. If the request originates from a foreign jurisdiction, we will typically disclose  information where we in good faith believe that disclosure is permitted by both UAE law and local law. In all cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection our right available to us, in our sole discretion. 

We may share your data with potential transaction partners, advisors and others in the event our company is, in whole part, acquired by a third party. In such case we will use reasonable efforts to require the acquiring entity to comply with this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have a client account with us. When you close an account, we will delete its content. We may, however, retain logs of automatically collected information for internal analytics, such as email address, tax registration number, communications with you and your transactional data (for auditing, tax and financial purposes). When we no longer have a business reason for retaining data, we will delete or anonymize it.

If we receive legal process pertaining to your account, we will retain your data for as long as we in good faith believe is necessary to comply with the legal process.

7. Your Choices of Privacy

We enable you to make numerous choices about your information submitted to us:

  • You may choose not to provide us with certain information

  • You may change or correct information voluntarily submitted to us. We encourage you to keep your data current by reviewing your account page.

  • You may close your client account, which will delete your information.

8. Communication

8.1.Emails from us

By creating a client account, you consent to receive commercial emails from us. This includes newsletters and offers. All users may decline to receive commercial messages in their account settings. Please note that any opt-out request may take several days to process and you will continue to receive transactional emails from us, such as emails confirming transactions and or providing information about your account.

8.2. Mobile Device Communications

For the sole purpose of completing an order, explaining our services or giving support, you may receive phone calls or whatsapp messages from us. 

9. Protecting your information

We use technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized or accidental disclosure. Despite these efforts, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You also have a role to play in keeping your data safe. We encourage you to use a unique and hard-to-guess password for your account and to not share it with others. If you believe that someone has gained access to your account without your permission, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate.

10. Third Party Services

At your request, we may provide your live streams to online services that we do not own or operate, such as Facebook Live, Youtube Live, Twitter or Vimeo. These services fall outside of this Privacy Policy and we have no control over the data they collect.
